Currently employed at Lufthansa Technik Component Services. I enjoy working for LTCS very much. They have provide me many ways to develope myself professionally and personally. In the past I have worked many jobs but some of those jobs stand out over the others. I work as a CNA for 3 years, through this position I gained many skills. Most of the skills centering around customer service and customer interaction. I worked as a Company Manager for Lawn N Order which was a small company in MO. through this experience I gain the behind the scenes knowledge of how a company operates and how to set up a healthy profit margin that would grow my customer base as well as retain existing customers. My last employment position that stands out is my time working at Elephant In The Room Men's Grooming Lounge in Tulsa, OK. Through this company I work from a Sales caller all the way up to Store manager. Through the experiences I shared with this company I learned what it takes to build a company from the ground up, grown sales for a matured company, improve company ratings, and search engine optimization (SEO). I learned how to deal with angry customer and employees. How to manage crazy, ever-changing schedules for employees and inventory management. I continuously work to develope my professional career through training and education. I enjoy learning and taking on a challenge. I look forward to the future of my career and the opportunities it will bring.
