About Vidar K.
Vanaf 2020 ben ik werkzaam op verschillende leefgroepen binnen justitiële jeugdinrichting Teylingereind (jeugdzorg). Ik ben begonnen op een instroomafdeling en heb vervolgens onder andere twee groepen helpen opstarten. Momenteel ben ik werkzaam op de bijzondere zorgafdeling. Daarvoor heb ik van 2012 tot 2020 gewerkt op verschillende locaties binnen 's Heeren Loo (geestelijke gehandicaptenzorg). Ik heb ervaring met o.a. jeugdcriminaliteit, autisme, LVB, moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag, psychiatrische ziektebeelden en fysieke en verbale agressie. Op mijn werkplekken heb ik vooral gewerkt volgens de methodieken: YOUTURN, Triple-C en Op Eigen Benen.
