Have worked in AXA Business Services Pvt Ltd with 11 years of experience in PPP Healthcare Domain in the teams Large Corporate SAPI and Personal Lines/Individual Membership for the UK process. The process is mainly related to admin work. It includes enrolling members adding and deleting dependents transfer of policy lapsing payment of premiums adjustment of premiums adding or removing free months sending remainders confirmations through emails and workflow application etc.. Have provided various process improvement ideas that has either helped in increasing the accuracy levels or to help our clients in UK in sending us more work.
