I bring in over 23 years’ experience cumulatively, in the areas of • Operations Service Delivery, • Operational Risk Assessment, • Sarbanes Oxley compliance and ICoFR reporting • Continuous Controls Monitoring, and • Project Management Having played both roles - that of an auditor and a process owner in my career span, I bring in a balanced, practitioner’s approach in designing business processes, dealing with associated operational risks and related mitigation. This has been strengthened by strong client focus and knowledge of the business landscape with expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of the project including scoping, project management, relationship management and delivery. During my career span, I have played multiple roles ranging from a subject matter expert / individual contributor as well as client facing delivery roles with teams spread across geographical locations. I have proven to be client focused with excellent professional and cooperative relationship with clients. I am committed and have proven to provide predictable, highest quality services and results exceeding clients’ expectations. I am usually seen as being self-disciplined and an effective disciplinarian with an ability to navigate through ambiguous situations. I am usually seen as highly energetic and agile personality with motivation to understand new technologies and services, and apply them for the improvement of business processes and objectives.
