Executive - TCMG at HTC Global Services (CareTech) Talent Acquisition - Executive @ Valuelabs. Junior- Executive Talent Acquisition in IIC( Indotronix International Corporation). I am responsible for Training and Development in IIC. Employee coordination and communication. Better recruitment process for better hiring is our responsibility in IIC. Had experience as a HR Executive -Recruitments in Vertex Offshore Services. Intern with TCS - I have gained in my academic courses and the excellent training imparted in TCS. Had experience as an HR intern in Tata Consultancy Services. My total internship experience is 10 months. And I worked in “Talent Acquisition Group”. As part of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Group, I am responsible for sourcing suitable Profiles Pan India. Activities- 1. Sourcing of candidates through job portals, candidate's references, and internal data. 2.Responsible for creating job postings, placing ads, reviewing a high volume of resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, coordinating interviews with the clients/Vendors, extending offers, negotiating salary and/or contract rates, follow up and closing the positions. 3.Working closely with Hiring Managers/Project Managers to get detailed requirements along with meeting the deadlines for submissions of per requirements. 4.Sourcing the Candidates through Social Media,Job Portal like Naukri & Monster also through Reference Check. 5.Coordinating in weekday and Weekend Drives. 6.Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience. 7.Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience. 8.Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates for the Interview. 9.Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates.
