About Vidhya Venkateswaran

I am a seasoned Senior Projects/Program Manager who has excelled the art of galvanising geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex Technical and Business Projects. After excelling in multiple senior Product and Project management functions across several industry verticals and leading a team of highly competent PMs and BAs, I am currently working on a major transformation program within the Higher education industry. My execution style can easily flex between tactical and delivery focused to strategic and vision setting, depending on the nature of the Project and requirements of the business. I have clear ideas, thirst to win, strive to execute, serious about accountability, highly analytical and consultative, achieve quietly, lead by example and strive to be the sought after Delivery leader by executive management and stakeholder groups. My current role is a result of my increasing contribution, strong governance, regular promotion and success gained while graduating from Analyst Programmer, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Program Manager working across market leading Companies. My passion is to improve capability by leading and developing highly engaged teams that strive on delivering innovative solutions for business problems. I can comfortably apply Waterfall, Agile or hybrid execution methodologies to deliver complex Technical and Business projects. Thanks to PMI, Agile and Prince 2 certifications.
