We facilitate critical communication and technical support, optimizing the eligibility file setup for our clients and partners, thus enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.• Working with vendors, aggregators, and/or plan holders who submits eligibility via electronically (HIPAA 834, Holistic, proprietary, flat file, census).Responsible for implementing B2B Integration with Benefit Administration Partners ofGuardian to ensure seamless integration of ETL systems ranging from proprietary tools (ADP, Plansource and Benetrac, Paycom, Paylocity etc.) to mainstream applications (Adeptia, Workday and Ultipro).• Configuration of Mainframe and its support systems (Vitria - validation tool 2Q and 2P, Guardian Anytime - cloud based application,Axway - SFTP tool).• Technical Support and upfront communication to vendors and Guardian's clients for seamless setup for Electronic Eligibility Files (HIPPA 834,Holistic and Flat Files).• Mapping, transformation and merging of eligibility using ETL tool Adeptia providing customers with flexibility in mapping.
