I leverage my problem solving and communication skills to manage a team of executives, coordinators, and doctors, and to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services to our patients. I also collaborate with the central team to design and implement strategies for growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. Before joining Pristyn Care, I spent more than five years in the hospitality and food delivery industry, working with Zomato and OYO Rooms. I was part of the team that built Zomato's online ordering platform, and I also handled the operations and business development for OYO Rooms in various markets. I have a passion for creating value for customers and stakeholders in the healthcare, hospitality, and food delivery domains.
