About Vidushi Sharma

I'm a physicist skilled in utilizing statistical tools and data modeling for tackling the intriguing astrophysics puzzles. Through my research, I've honed my presentation and documentation skills. I enjoy exploring novel ideas, acquiring new skills, and engaging in discussions to solve complex problems. Collaboration is crucial in research, and presently, I am a core-member of General Coordinate Network (GCN) team. I am also part of Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope, and AstroSat science teams. My specialization lies in astrophysical transient phenomena, particularly Gamma-Ray Bursts (GRBs), which are the most powerful events in space that create black holes or magnetars. These events offer unique insights into the realms of relativity theory, high-energy physics and multi-messenger astronomy. To gain a deeper understanding of these phenomena, my work involves the analysis of photons timing, energy, and polarization as detected by space observatories.
