About Vidushi Vats

I studied law for 5 years. Graduated with honors. But I didn’t want to fight cases. I wanted to build culture — the kind that brings people in and makes them stay. In 2024 I stepped into a newly created role as the first and only Social Engagement Officer at a global online school with learners across 40 countries. No predecessor. No playbook. Just one goal: → Make students feel like they belong. So I built from the ground up. → 7+ student-led programs launched → 15+ community webinars hosted with experts educators and students → 67% increase in daily engagement → 300% rise in cross-cultural participation → Consistent feedback from students and parents: “this feels human” What made it work? I call it E3 Engagement: → Empathy to create emotional belonging → Execution to build systems that last → Ecosystem thinking to grow engagement beyond screens — into school culture digital presence and brand trust I don’t just manage communities; I design them to be strategic assets that support retention visibility and reputation. As a communicator I also bring voice in the most literal sense. I’ve hosted and voiced national educational broadcasts with All India Radio and NCERT using storytelling to create connection. If you’re ready to turn connection into a strategy I’d love to help you design what comes next.
