About Viena Hoffmann

Currently, I am an Assistant on AWAL's Artist Development team. I am a Cum Laude graduate from NYU's Music Business program. I'm a self-starter and thrive in dynamic and challenging environments. My experience lies mainly in A&R, talent relations, touring and events, brand sponsorships, and live shows. I'm extremely passionate about the industry, a quick learner, and very adaptive to new and fast-paced professional climates. I am constantly discovering new up and coming artists, both local and international; I have a significant interest in devising new ways of showcasing and promoting exciting talent in our current social climate. I am also fluent in French and proficient in Spanish. To be noted that my background picture is the cover art from one of my favorite albums,"Another Green World" by Brian Eno. A couple other albums I love include Solange's "A Seat at the Table" and Hailu Mergia's "Wede Harer Guzo." As for more recent releases, I am very excited to follow Shygirl's musical trajectory!
