My dream car is a Porsche 911, but without fuel or a destination, it’s just a pretty car. That’s how I think about AI. Without data and a strategy, you just have pretty AI. My work is about building the road and supplying the fuel, connecting data, people, and strategy so AI delivers measurable business results. At Sofigate, I lead enterprise-scale data and AI programs across 25+ countries for global clients like FLSmidth. Over recent years, I’ve carried commercial responsibility for ≈ 30 M DKK in revenue, driving transformation portfolios that turn data, analytics and automation into growth. I lead by creating space for experimentation, asking better questions, and building systems that help people become better at what they already do. I move comfortably between boardrooms and data teams, helping leaders turn ambition into execution, and specialists turn code into outcomes.
