Manage full recruiting cycle including sourcing of candidates for current and future pipeline, resume analysis, initial screening, coordinating technical interviews, negotiation (contract, benefits, bonus, and salary), follow up, checking references through the conversion of offers made to acceptance. • Create strong relationships with hiring managers to build a solid partnership to be able to understand their needs and provide for the best possible pipeline. • Work with the hiring managers to create job descriptions and provide them enough market data and trends to help them make the right decision. • Engage with Hiring Managers directly on a weekly basis to discuss candidate flow and business needs. • Work closely with candidates to provide the best possible value to help them make the best decision for their career. • Develop strategies with the team to allow for passive candidate lead generation for future quarter hiring needs. • Participate in recruitment meetings, interview and selection of candidates for various levels of position openings and promote a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. • Ensure hiring team readiness during the interview process and make sure that interviews are conducted in an efficient and professional manner. • Experience creating recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified candidates. • Perform regular check-ins with new hires during their first month of employment to ensure employee happiness and get ongoing feedback on the hiring process.
