With over 11 years in financial services, I’ve built my career around driving operational excellence, reducing risks, and enabling smooth client experiences across global markets. My journey has taken me through investment operations, trade settlements, securities lending, and static data management—where I’ve not only delivered results but also shaped and led high-performing teams. At Wells Fargo and Northern Trust, I’ve led multiple process migrations, introduced automation that saved significant hours of manual work, and improved settlement accuracy and compliance frameworks. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for execution and client management—but what I value most is exceptional client service, building trust with stakeholders and helping my teams grow. Currently based in Dubai, I’m looking to contribute my expertise in Client Services, Trade Operations, Investment Operations, Wealth Management, Treasury Operations, Middle Office and Capital Markets, to a forward-looking financial institution in the UAE. I bring a balance of hands-on technical knowledge, regulatory awareness, and people leadership that enables me to deliver both operational stability and process innovation.
