About Vignesh Palani

Born and brought up in Chennai I have always wondered to enter a concern where I could prove my talents.Got an opportunity to kickstart with Sutherland which is the place for most students to start their dream career with.Learning is something which I would love to do on a daily basis since we live in a world where we need to be up to date with the technology.I don't see this as a one stop shop where you satisfy and settle down in a single position. We have a vast universe, wide range of designations and of course something new to learn everyday. My key is to keep learning which helps to keep growing.Moved to Sitel from Sutherland where I have spent most of my Job period in life. Almost 4 years as a Sales person I loved to close orders which made revenue for the company. Every order I closed was worth it since they provided me with required incentives When it was time to move on to my next position as TL I realized about SaaS. New technology, product based and what not? Found really exciting and managed myself to enter Chennai's most famous branded as a dream concern for everyone. Yes! I still remember the moment I got placed in Zoho. It was like a magic. Though I had to sacrifice the post as TL with Sitel I thought this could be something new and a great development in future. Hence took the opportunity immediately and worked as product support engineer for almost 2 years.What a journey it was. So many lessons and blessings. Things what needs to be done in life and what shouldn't be was grabbed straight away from Zoho. It was hard to come out of such a big concern but everything happens for good. Isn't it? Here I am as a fully developed product support experienced person in SaaS. Products are what I'm fond of now! In a direct client facing role I always find the interaction exciting! Issues and bugs? I'm here to fix it Integrations? I’m here to support 🤝I became Zuperhuman by joining Zuper where I'm currently heading towards my short and long term goals. Managed to get back my position as Lead- Product support which I love doing the most. Love everything about Zuper!
