It's been filled with lot of challenges and deeply satisfying personal journey! As an HR professional, I am passionate about supporting organizations by attracting right talents, fostering positive work environment and providing strategic alignment to drive organizational growth. This approach helps me to bridge the gap between Management and Employees for the smooth running of business environment. I started my career in HR operations then mastered in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance in my current tenure. I sucessfully hired over 200 candidates within a span of 5 months at my last company, reduced employee turnover from 10% to 5%. I thrive in challenging environments that sharpen my analytical skills and foster continuous growth. When I'am not working, you can find me playing cricket with my team, as I believe sports are the best way to stay active.
