About Vihan Jayasinghe

Hi everyone, I am a dedicated User Experience Researcher currently working full-time at Wavenet International, Sri Lanka branch, where I manage and contribute to a variety of impactful projects, including a Telco project, an AI initiative, and an E-commerce platform. My work involves conducting in-depth user and customer experience research, post-call analysis, feedback analysis, and utilizing tools like Tobii and Hotjar for advanced behavioral insights. Additionally, I design and develop user-friendly interfaces using Figma, Angular and React. Academically, I am pursuing dual undergraduate degrees. At the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), I am majoring in Psychology with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. Concurrently, I am completing a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT), specializing in Information Technology. This unique blend of studies equips me with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and psychological aspects of user experience design.
