Currently doing activities in the area of green field implementation in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP B1, techno-functional support (Basis, Abap/4, Customization in SAP Line of Business)- Worked as SAP Practice Head in the organization- Managing SAP practices and procedures for all the three divisions of the company i.e. Machines Division, Automotive Division and Engineering Division - IT infrastructure management for SAP utilization - Refining all business processes as per the user needs - Controlling and monitoring IT staff of the Systems Department - Recommend Top Management on SAP Implementation, Rollout and up-gradation- Imparting SAP end user training - Liasion with SAP Service Provider and SAP Consultants for daily tickets monitoring including high, medium, low level calls- Liasion with SAP India on AMC and User License Agreement - Controlling and co-ordinating SAP Backup, User Authorization, System Performance, Change Request transportation and maintenance of System Landscape in the organization on day-to-day basis- MIS reporting on all business verticals - Monitoring and controlling all Payroll & HR applications in the organization for 1500+ employees- Managing 450+ SAP End Users in their respective areas pertaining to SAP Modules: FICO,MM,SD,PP, PS, ABAP/4, Basis- Conducting SAP System Audit- Design and Formulate suitable IT Policy in the organization- Following ISO Procedures/Works Instructions as prescribed for compliance of audit- Supporting CAD/CAM applications and their interface with SAP in the organization- Performing the tasks of SAP Solution Architect for the organization.
