13+ years of experience in Hydraulic engineering field. Design & development of Hydraulic & Lubrication system. Sound knowledge of hydraulic schematics, industrial hydraulics, mobile hydraulics, power pack design, manifold block designs, system integration, calculations, sizing & selection of hydraulic components. Efficiently work with hydraulic component & system suppliers few of them like Rexroth, Lincoln, Yuken, Hydac, Dantal, Wipro, Walvoil, Parker, Liebherr, Danfoss etc. Able to handle complex projects, involving multiple hydraulics systems, large assemblies, piping & routing for complete machines. Conversant with release & change process. Multiple visits to Tampere, Finland (Metso Head office) to discuss on localization activities, introduction of routing module & involvement in there projects. Went Brescia, Italy (Danieli Hydraulics Head Office) for one month duration for standardization project. Experience & ability to work and execute projects with global cross functional/cultural teams. Support & co-ordination of prototype build activities, trouble shooting on prototypes & production machines with focus on Hydraulic systems.
