With a leadership style that is inclusive, collaborative, deliberate, & results-focused I utilize coaching skills & share success. During project & program development when we work hard, play hard, respect one another & have open communication, it sets an environment of trust where failure is only a step towards success, & winning as a team. My background includes 18+ years of cross cultural experience program management, delivery management, client management, requirement gathering, profit & loss accountability, technical management, management interaction, team building & mentoring in India & abroad. Possessing the ability to scale between strategy & tactical, I ask the right questions. Focus on the right areas. If necessary ask thoughtful & smart questions, again. I am quick to listen & can be slow, careful, or deliberate when speaking. Beginning my career in programming I have transitioned into project management & program management. My transferable skill sets along with a winning spirit, focused goals, & community building have yielded an ability to build programs & events that are sustainable. I am particularly proud of: Working on various projects with wide exposure to Telecom Products and Services. Pioneering onsite experiences at various GEO Locations, 6+ yrs in USA, 3+ yrs in Middle East & Africa (Qatar, Uganda, Kenya & Swaziland) on various assignments.
