About Vijay Kanuru

Dr Vijay Kanuru is a leading nanomedicine inventor and a prolific nanotech innovator turned entrepreneur, who is on a mission to conquer lethality of cancers with advanced bio-nanotechnologies and artificial intelligence. He spearheads a highly interdisciplinary translational clinical research work in order to commercialize next generation nanoparticle medicine for the revolutionary precision cancer therapeutics, cancer management and prognostic cancer treatments. He made pioneering contributions in formulation and clinical validation of disruptive therapeutic grade nanoceuticals and first-in-class clinical grade oncolytic nutra-pharmaceuticals which has made a difference to thousands of lives including cancer patients. Currently he is embarking on developing new class of photo biologic drugs and bio-photonic therapeutics. He is committed to education, mindfulness and innovation as he believes these three elements are critical for human advancement and environment sustainability.Dr Kanuru holds a PhD doctorate in Nanosciences from Cambridge University UK. He has completed CME on Cancer Survivorship program from Stanford Medical School USA and Immuno Oncology from Harvard Medical School USA.He brings unique leadership experience from the intersection of deep tech, product development and business value proposition.A serial entrepreneur and an experienced leader, runs deep science tech enterprises by leading management strategy, technology innovation and triple bottom line execution to achieve business goals by identifying, prioritizing and implementing technology, investment and product development portfolios. Vijay Kanuru is a recipient of prestigious academic distinctions and research fellowships such as the Gates Cambridge Scholarship, DAAD, Helmholtz, and Lowry Prize and also recognised with a Young Scientist Award from the International Association of Catalysis Societies, USA.
