Having more than 13 Years of Techno-Commercial experience (Industry experience @ 5 Years & Academic Experience @ 8 Years) in Dairy Industries experience Like GCMMF, Anand (Sales & Marketing), Vasudhara Dairy (AMUL) Nagpur and Vadilal Dairy International Ltd, Boisar (Technical Experience) however the acdemic experience concerned i.e. from MAFSU, Nagpur (Assistant Professor, Dairy Business Management) and Parul University, Vadodara. I have published 02 books, 18 research articles, 143 Workshop for farmers and unemployed youth, 08 motivational workshop/programmes for graduate students, Television talks (Live & Recorded) National channels, Radio talks on National and community radio stations, developed 02 Audio-visual CDs on product development, developed 20 Rollup banners, guidance on manufacturing of milk products at cottage level to more than of farmers and unemployed youth some of them are entrepreneurs, 173 popular articles published in Agro-own newspaper/Shetkari journals/Baliraja journals/other publications, More than 05 years of experience of Visiting faculty and Guest faculty at various Management & Technical institutes like VAMNICOM pune, MUM, Udgir, etc, Guided to Post Graduate Students for theirtechnical and management projects, Teaching to Post Graduate courses like Dairy Business Management, Dairy Plant Management, Food Processing Management, Research Methodology, etc. more than 30 abstract published in seminars/ conferences/ workshops, organised 18 Dairy exhibitions, organised 14 workshops for unemployed youth,etc.
