With over 20 years of experience in financial data and research, I am a data-driven leader who strives to create high-quality, efficient, and standardized index operations at ICE. As the Head of Index Operations for India, I manage a cross-cultural team of data professionals, liaise with various stakeholders across the firm, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. I hold a CFA charter, a PGD in Data Science, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. My core competencies include data strategy, data analysis, data quality, data governance, process improvement, project management, and people management. I have contributed to key index data decisions, driven improvements to index data and methodologies, transformed processes through automation and vendor rationalization, and scaled up data quality through effective controls. I have also built comprehensive online training content, defined and implemented data strategy for new products, and led large teams with high engagement and low turnover. I am passionate about using data to solve business problems, optimize processes, and mitigate risks.
