Throughout my career, I have successfully acquired and managed key client relationships across Banks, MFIs, NBFCs, Insurance Brokers, and Corporate entities for retail and group insurance businesses. I currently serve as the North & East India Head at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where I lead business development, forge strategic partnerships, and drive growth across RRBs, UCBs, DCBs, and Private Banks. I have effectively managed operations in diverse and high-potential regions, including Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, J&K, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kolkata, Siliguri, and Howrah—demonstrating my leadership and relationship management capabilities. I have a strong command over partner onboarding processes and have worked closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth and strategic collaborations.
