Working at TopSource Worldwide has been an enriching experience, particularly in terms of learning and training. Leading the Training department within a BPO setting presents unique challenges due to the diverse verticals and dynamic environment. Staying at the top of one's game in such a context is undeniably invigorating. My passion lies in cultivating the potential of individuals for the benefit of both the organization and themselves. I firmly believe in the maxim,"Nothing is impossible for the one who believes." My areas of expertise encompass training the Trainer, Product Training, Process Training, Domain Training, Soft Skills Training, as well as conducting New Hire Induction and Training. Engaging in these pursuits keeps me motivated and energized. Additionally, orchestrating occasional recognition and rewards activities, along with enjoyable Fridays, brings me immense joy. Undertaking inspirational challenges such as creating help-desk videos for company products is a privilege that I greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the opportunity to work with the India Payroll and oversee the management of complex client payroll has left an indelible impression on me.
