During my past 25+ years, I contributed in various roles of Health, Safety, Hygiene, Environment, Fire, Loss Prevention within Qatar Petroleum and GNFC. I was assigned the responsibilities as the Head of Fire & Safety for the Petrochemical project (NCPL) from 1996 to 1998 within Project Management Team for establishing HSE systems. The Petrochemical complex successfully started up in 1998. In March 2006, I Join petrochemical plant of Qatar Petroleum (SEEF Limited) and lead Safety for HSE approval of plant and developing various HSE, Fire and Security system and procedures. Focused on Safety audit, Hazard control program, Behavior Based Safety, HAZOP, Hazard Identification (HAZID), Risk assessment and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Lead Auditor (IRCA) ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Specialties: Health, Safety, Environment, Hygiene, Fire Protection and prevention, Loss Prevention, Security systems. Refinery down stream (Petrochemicals) and Fertilizer plants.
