As a deaf individual with 100% hearing loss since childhood, I communicate using Indian Sign Language (ISL), live captions, and written notes—supported by my incredible family, including my deaf brother and sister-in-law.At Unilever, I lead key aspects of the Innoflex Performance Reporting project, managing SKU-level data across North Asia, Africa & NALI, and Latin America. My responsibilities include:Ownership & Tracking: Managed the IF SLA tracker and implemented daily tracking to improve OTIF performance.Reporting & Delivery: Delivered accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports across three teams, aligned with client needs.Collaboration & Support: Resolved access issues, supported teammates, and shared insights during Daily Connects.Continuous Improvement: Added sustainability metrics, fixed data issues, and contributed to SOPs and performance governance.I also support Business Partner Reporting (BPR), maintain the Input Collection File (ICF) via SharePoint, and ensure data accuracy across multiple reporting cycles.Previously at Reliance Retail, I contributed to report stabilization and performance analysis across regions. I’m passionate about tools like Excel and Power BI, and I aspire to grow as a skilled Data Analyst while mentoring others in the deaf community.Outside work, I’m an avid cricketer, playing for the Deaf Kerala Cricket Association, and recently won a championship with the North Kerala Deaf team, supported by IDCA, KCA, DKCA, and DCCI.
