I am responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of various monthly and quarterly valuation mandates for a variety of institutional clients. I currently lead the Central London Fund Valuation team at CBRE; the team comprises a mix of junior and senior staff, whose collective experience extends to circa 70 years. My roles at CBRE, Allsop and BNP Paribas Real Estate have provided me with the opportunity to work with numerous institutional clients such as Canada Life, Henderson, Grosvenor and Schorders. My work within the Secured Lending sector has primarily been with banks such as Barclays, Lloyds, Santander, RBS, Nationwide and HSBC but has also included Loan Servicers such as Hatfield Phillips & Capita Asset Services.
