I have extensive expertise managing construction projects using cutting-edge construction management software coupled with traditional procurement approaches, and I am a deadline-driven project manager. I have successfully built and directed teams of +25 professionals for project planning/scheduling, cost control (EVM), change management, estimation, risk management, and document control. Additionally, I have experience working on a range of projects, such as roads, residential and commercial buildings, subways, and more. I keep both engineering technical competence and project management hard/soft skills thanks to my two degrees in civil engineering and project management. I am well familiar with building techniques, technology, and procurement procedures, such as RFQ, RFP, Commercial Management, contract types, project packaging/outsourcing strategies, and contracts' risk-sharing clauses for large-scale projects. THE PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Successfully managed 25 schedulers, planners, cost controllers, risk specialists, document controls, contracts, and IT experts in project controls teams for a million-dollar Research and Development Park construction project for Indian institute of technology-Delhi, India, while upholding team integrity. • Demonstrated expertise in aiding Project Management Groups in creating risk management strategies, cash flow adjustments, EAC/forecasting, and schedule corrective measures. • Successfully completed more than 100 hours of post-graduate project management coursework.
