Very few are given that chance to lead the company they started their career with. My journey with Hamilton Research and Technology is one of those. It is here that I started my career. The opportunity allowed me to think, innovate, and create products. Engineering was a natural choice and channelling my passion into something meaningful drove me to push boundaries every day. We are a technology company specialising in retrofit solutions for aluminium plants. By leveraging domain expertise and in-house design and development capabilities utilizing a committed team of innovative engineers, we empower these plants to attain self-reliance, profitability, and sustainability. Currently, as the Managing Director & CEO at Hamilton Research & Technology Private Limited, I have had the opportunity to leverage my experience to lead the company through a remarkable phase of growth. Throughout my professional journey, I have witnessed that when people are given opportunities and authority to make decisions and solve problems their way, the outcome is exceptional. With over two decades of driving and leading cross-functional teams to innovate, I strive to encourage fresh perspectives and foster an environment that embraces new ideas. Building a culture of transparency, accountability, and open collaboration where ideas flow freely is what I have always strived to cultivate. I hold a master's degree in Operations and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, which gives me a solid foundation in both technical and business aspects. Outside of work, I am an avid reader with a particular interest in historical literature from India and around the world.
