I am Dr. Vikas Kumar Jaiswal, an Assistant Professor at Banaras Hindu University, where I explore the intricate domains of business and finance. With over 10 years of experience in academia, I have contributed significantly to both teaching and administrative roles. In addition to my role as an Assistant Professor, I have served as the Admin Warden at Dr. I.N. Gurtu Hostel, ensuring the well-being of students and maintaining a conducive living environment. I have also held the position of Warden at City Delegacy, Banaras Hindu University, where I actively engaged in fostering a sense of community and discipline among residents. Furthermore, my professional journey includes a role as an Assistant General at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, where I gained valuable insights into administrative operations and interdisciplinary collaboration. My educational journey has been marked by a commitment to continuous learning. In addition to earning a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University and an MBA Executive from the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, I have pursued further education through an FDP in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. This comprehensive educational background, combined with master's degrees in Economics and Psychology, fuels my multidisciplinary approach to teaching and research.
