I was educated at IIMT meerut now University, earning the mechanical engineering degree that trained me in the foundational professional ethics and critical analysis skills that inform everything I do. However, perhaps more importantly, the campus experience taught me about taking accountability for leading myself and others through change. I began to think critically about what circumstances were worth accepting as they are, and where my energy should be strategically focused for the common good. My determination and appetite for leadership probably caused me overextend myself through the various positions but the experience gave me my true professional formation, and earning skills that have refined with each passing year. Today, I present myself as well-practiced aptitude in public speaking, negotiation, persuasive communication, consensus building, collaborative problem analysis and solution design, and decision-making. I am an exceptionally well-trained and reliable Experienced Mechanical Quality Engineer with stellar record of customer service and satisfaction. Experienced at short- and long-term troubleshooting for potential engineering system issues.A skilled and experienced quality engineer with expertise in competitive technical and team management. In-depth experience of regulatory compliance, quality engineering statistical analysis, quality improvements and strategic planning. With the time I also gained experience of planning, production and assembly groups of my unit. At present I m handling a team of 200 people in different shop floors. Apart from technical skills I also developed skills of an administrator because of involvement of unions and associations in our production unit.
