About Vikas Kanwar

Flexible with ability to balance multiple priorities, manage changes, and effectively dealt with the challenging projects throughout my career. Fifteen plus years of experience in the core telecom domain. Experience mostly includes Planning, Designing, O&M, Audit & Optimization, Support and Integration of cs core networks for various customer in different part of the world. In my present profile, I am extensively involved in the Scoping & Costing of the UDM deployment services for different opportunities and supports sales team product on technical front in terms of Product capabilities & compliance. As a Lead Solution Architect in Project execution phase, i also work in close coordination with Project Managers to complete projects in-time & in agreed scope to maintain the profitability. Being a UDM domain technical driver from region end, I interact with Product Development Units and provide market requirements and feedback on Product improvement. Apart of my technical expertise, I am a part of Leadership Core Curriculum Program and participated in its various leadership development training programs. I am also a part of Excel program where I went to various collages for taking Telecom Industry sessions for making Engineering Student Industry ready. I am a flex trainer and took internal & External trainings on UDM on behalf of Training Academy. I am also a part of Organizing committee for Team Building Programs in my internal organization. In my career, I have won many awards for my contribution in various projects. Few of them are ERICON award for complex and big UDC deployment in IDEA Cellular and ACE award for cs-core audit and optimization for one of leading operator in India.
