Remote support on day to day issues (Slow ness issue, Microsoft Teams issue, Internet connectivity issue, VPN connect issue) • Troubleshooting Network related issue (Ping, Tracert, netstat, nslookup) • Worked on ticketing tool: Snow, Manage Engine, ITSM• Coordinate with Technical Team & Vendors for other services related issues. Team management, reports management. • Troubleshooting of Network issues like Network connectivity, Internet & Wireless Devices. • Outlook & Lotus Notes Configuration Mail Archive & troubleshooting. • To handling Network Printer, Scan to Mail, Android, Apple Mobiles & Desktops, Laptops, issues. • To handling Network Printer, Scan to Mail, Android, Apple Mobiles & Desktops, Laptops, issues.• Laptop, Desktop & Server’s in warranty coordinate with Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Other.
