I’m a Catering Supervisor, with over 15 + years’ experience in Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd.(IRCTC) is a “Mini Ratna (Category-I)” Central Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Experienced two or more portfolios in last 15+ years of working in Tourism and Catering department. I have done Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior affiliated from IGNOU, and Completed Master of Business Administration in (Operation Management) through Distance Learning form Sikkim Manipal University. I am currently responsible for Contractual Management Operations, Tenders / E-Tenders, Zonal level positions and presentations of Food Plaza and Fast Food Units over North Zone of Indian Railway Network. My other key skills/success in recent years include- Efficiently supervised a team of catering operations of Rail network, Offices, Industrial and Institutional Cafeteria- Customer complaint handling, Damage Control, Efficient operational monitoring, Maintaining Statistical Data, System Development, Training & Skills. A very hands-on Catering Supervisor, I control all operational and team handling of catering industry. This extends to Staff training, Team building management, Customer Support, and Damage Control.
