Born in Srinagar, J&K, as a Kashmiri Pandit, based in New Delhi, and admitted to the practice of Law at the Bar Council of Delhi in 2007. Retainer Counsel for Private Ltd's & Public Companies & Startups, and also on the panels of Govt departments and PSU’s. Looking for opportunities to act as retainer lawyer / legal advisor / consultant to companies and startups. Areas of practice include Corporate/Commercial Laws/ Civil Laws/ Criminal Laws. Over 11 years of experience in advising commercial Indian/Foreign clients regarding setting up of joint ventures in India; mergers & acquisitions; India entry and exit routes; compliance and regulatory issues; general advisory on commercial contracts, employment laws, intellectual property laws.
