Key Highlights Extensive Operation & maintenance of all telecom Network elements and Infrastructure utilities for running high end voice and data networks across BIHAR & JHARKHAND which includes approx. (2G/3G/4G sites), 230 BSC’s, 27 RNC’s, NSS network elements MSC, HLR, STP, VAS, MPLS, 25K KM of fibre network & 14K MW Hops - SDH /PDH access network. Handled a team size of 2200 manpower for smooth operation of sites pertaining to multiple operators & TSP’s. Successfully rolled out + Km of OFC pertaining to BBNL / RailTel / JIO /GAIL and Airtel in the state of Gujrat / Chhattisgarh / Bihar / JKD and NESA. Hands on experience in Tower infra / utility upgradation of 5300 sites for 5G rollout. Improved the Airtel NW uptime from 94% to 98.4% in NESA having very tough geographical terrain and 40% of fibre routes are on linear path. Successfully launched the TATA DOCOMO NW in Jharkhand by rolling out 1200 BTS sites including PDH & SDH MW link, CORE NW and maintained the uptime above 99.95%. CDMA NW rollout for Reliance Info COMM (JKD) which includes fibre ring creation, I/C and integration of TXN and RAN NW consist of 500 BTS sites. Delivered 450+ IWAN link in NESA to different customers pertaining to Bharti Airtel.
