Senior Technology Leader with 20+ years of experience. Passionate about building strong engineering team and delivering high quality software. Currently working as engineering lead for application development framework (a.k.a Metadata Framework or MDF) for SAP SuccessFactors. Customer focused self driven and lead the team from front. Long experience in startups and early stage products. At SuccessFactors - Led the development of a major platform product called Metadata Framework (MDF) from scratch and matured the product scale and perform to meet the growing business requirements. The MDF is the target architecture for all the application development at SuccessFactors. It is also used by customers to extend the delivered application per the organization specific requirements. It provides ability to define a data model provides configurable UI ability to manage business entities and supports/integrates with all the cloud HCM specific functionalities. At APIGEE - Developonet the runtime of the messaging engine for HTTP based requests. Previously worked at Everypath Tavant Yodlee. B.E. in Computer Science from NIT Nagpur.
