I have been responsible for the development, launch, on-going performance, and continuous improvement of high volume production lines. In this role I have gained experience working with a variety of processes, such as die-casting, CNC machining, and automated assembly processes. I have specialized in the automated material handling and assembly processes, but my flexibility, pro. active attitude, teamwork, and strong work-ethic has allowed me to excel with various processes and in multiple roles within the team. In addition to my role as a Maintenance supervisor, I have also been filling in for the role of Project Manager since 2016, where I have handled the interactions with our OEM customers, I have 23 Years of Progressive hands-on experience in maintenance. – Strong technical background – Thorough knowledge of current maintenance practices and a clear vision to accomplish company goals and customer commitments. – Major strengths include strong leadership skills, driving significant cost savings, excellent communication skills, competence, strong team player, attention to detail, and dutiful respect for compliance in all regulated environments. – Strong analytical and interpersonal skills combined with being practical and creative – A proven commitment to team building, demonstrated the ability to initiate and perform with a variety of people. – Strong organizational skills, creative & flexible to adapt to continuously changing requirements – Managerial skills including hiring, termination, training, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
