I am Vikash Agrawal, an experienced Test Automation Engineer with 14+ years of strong track record of designing, developing, and optimizing test automation frameworks to drive efficiency and improve product quality. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of automation tools, including Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, and UFT, to build and maintain robust automation solutions for various applications. Presently I am associated with Allstate India Pvt Ltd | Associate Manager – Quality Engineering. My expertise spans multiple types of automation frameworks, such as Data Driven, Hybrid, POM, and Cucumber (BDD), and I have extensive experience in automating end-to-end testing, regression testing, and API testing. I specialize in managing and executing regression and sanity test suites through Jenkins, Selenium Grid, and Docker, and I have a strong focus on streamlining the testing process to reduce time and improve defect detection. Throughout my career, I’ve played a key role in driving automation maturity and process improvements, ensuring that testing strategies align with business goals. I have led initiatives such as productized regression and parallel test execution, which have significantly reduced testing times and improved test coverage.
