Conduct sessions with customers via workshops, questionnaires, interviews, etc. to gather their requirements. Client visits for Imparting Product-ERP Training, as well as Initial Setup to the organization. Study customer's existing business process, identify their challenges/requirements and design appropriate solutions. Work with our others cross functional teams stakeholders. Identify the roadmap item, and create Epic, Features and User Stories including acceptance test criteria. Review of test plans, test cases and supervise the UAT process at the end of the implementation/ customization phase. Plan and execute the scrum for multiple releases. Develop or assist project managers in developing implementation plans, including the scheduling of project milestones. Bridging the gap between management and Dev Teams. Maintaining the product performance post release. Ensure the status of the backlogs and the delivery schedule of the critical deliverables and milestones. Manage and prioritize the requirement. Involve in RFP and Demos of the application. Regular interaction with clients to proactively address problems, operational issues, training gaps, etc. Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements. Involved in workshops / training / presentations.
