20+ years of Business Leadership experience with ownership and accountability of P&L Management, Program Management, People Management, Leadership mentoring, Team Building and Business Transformation. In my last role at Cutshort, I was working with a bunch of really smart minds to build a company that is going to change the way professionals shape their careers. And hence, I was constantly solving problems that I havent solved before. At Merkle Sokrati, I spearheaded a 300+ member team owning P&L accountability for post-sales business delivery. My responsibilities include setting vision, inspiring belief and developing trust in people to help company scale quickly to newer heights. During my stint with Tata Sons I was responsible for strategy and process consulting with focus on improvement in Tata Group companies. By virtue of this I have developed prowess in subject of Customer Experience Design, Process Management, Balance Scorecards and Best-practices Transplantation. The expertise enabled me to coach and guide teams of senior leaders and assessors from Tata group companies to carry out various Business Excellence assessments. Before my MBA at XLRI, at Infosys, I gained rich experience in Siebel CRM Consulting and development of CRM applications in Telecom and Logistics domains. I was involved in more than 10 end-to-end project lifecycles with Fortune 100 companies. Being a techno functional consultant I was able to bring the right mixture of technology and business into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) engagements. My inclination has been towards leading business transformation engagements involving people leadership, change management and P&L accountability. I am particularly interested in defining unknowns.
