About Vikesh Kumar Shukla

Dr. Vikesh Kumar Shukla is currently working as Centre Head (IP & DRA) at Centre for Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy and Drug Regulatory Affairs, AMITY Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University, Noida. Dr. Shukla is leading a group of about 09 postgraduate and 04 doctorate students, in various areas of Pharmaceutics and DRA like pre-formulation profiling, solid state characterization, improvement of aqueous solubility and drug regulatory affairs. Dr. Shukla holds a masters (2006) and doctorate degree (2011) in Pharmacy from KLES’ college of Pharmacy, Belgaum, Karnataka. Dr. Shukla served in the pharmaceutical industry as research scholar in major Indian pharmaceutical company. He has developed expertise in characterization and stabilization of the amorphous form, polymorphism, formulation, nanocrystalline solid dispersion, improvement of oral bioavailability and drug regulatory affairs. He has 18 years of Research and academic experience. Previously, He received Senior Research Fellowship from ICMR, New Delhi during Ph.D Studies and awarded Summer Teacher research Fellowship, INSA, AICTE Seminar grant, New Delhi, Best Teacher award and several other awards and recognitions. He had authored 65 research/ review papers and actively reviewing research/reviews articles for several national and international journals. He has presented many research papers in various national and international Conferences/ Seminars. He is a life member of PCI, APTI, IPGA and CRS, USA.
