About Viki Phillips

My professional and personal passions are similar: I find tremendous fulfillment helping others. I enjoy being an enthusiastic catalyst for collective success; providing process and direction to help colleagues, partners, other stakeholders and entire organizations exceed objectives. I’m innately organized and capable of juggling multiple projects at the same time. I have been successful leading diverse initiatives, from orchestrating complex logistics and the moving of millions of dollars’ worth of delicate scientific equipment, to technical solutions implementations that helped transform ambiguity into certainty. I offer insight, leadership skills and an ability to create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Best Practices that help technical professionals stay on track in the field. Recent career highlights have Allen Institute’s processes for asset management established in-house technician’s maintenance and repair SOPs (Allen Institute for Brain performed on-call repairs for Fresenius HemoCare in life or death situations, exhibiting level-headedness with zero margin for error to represent Fresenius at industry trade shows and conventions I’m driven by a desire to make a difference and help others do the same. This has manifested in my personal life through volunteering at food banks, with the Girl Scouts, and as a Brownie and Cub Scout leader, and recognition as an enthusiastic blood donor (Five Gallon Pin recipient).
