About Viki Stevens

I hold a degree in Marketing and have worked for KLM airlines as Brand Manager delivering advertising campaigns and managing the account agencies. I also hold an OCR Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development and have been working in Further Education for the past 12 years including a marketing role at Hertford Regional College. I have a DBS on the online update service as well as up to date certificates for training in Safeguarding and Prevent. My experience to date has been very customer or client-centred where interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communications skills have been important. I have been used to sourcing, researching and presenting material to my clients. This has involved having excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to draft and formulate documents and presentations and guidance materials. I have been used to hybrid working consisting of delivery face-to-face as well as on-line IAG sessions via MS Teams. I am used to preparing and collating materials to present to individuals and to groups and have been actively building a strong network of contacts with local training providers, employers and supporting agencies. I am a well organised individual who is used to independent working requiring me to be self-motivated and efficient at managing my time. I would describe myself as a people person & genuinely enjoy helping others to succeed and have the ability to collate and interpret high volumes of information and have a very client-centred approach.
