With 15+ years’ experience in business operations across creative, consultancy, and growth-stage businesses, I specialise in transforming strategy into execution. I’ve led operational functions end-to-end, spanning finance, people, systems, governance and risk, and have a proven track record of creating scalable, data-driven infrastructure that supports both performance and culture. As part of the Cajigo 100 Women in Tech Accelerator Programme 2025, I’m expanding my focus on how technology can optimise systems and processes, enhance collaboration, and embed operational excellence within purpose-driven organisations. Notable experience includes: • Running operations for Idris Elba’s production company, building structure, hiring teams, and embedding inclusive processes from the ground up. • Leading internal operations at Included, a global inclusion and leadership consultancy, where I introduced an end-to-end CRM and delivery system that improved the sales-to-delivery flow, established robust finance and reporting systems, and drove long-term strategy as part of the leadership team and board.
