About Vikki Eriksson
I am a researcher and design educationalist who focuses on the relationship between design, business and technology. My qualifications include a Doctorate in Design and a Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education and Training. My main areas of interest are designerly ways of working, user experience, speculative practice, service design and social innovation practice in design. This has resulted in the number of international research projects and an extensive study focussed on the socio-technical experiences of older adults. I consult and develop practical experience driven research frameworks for the development of physical and digital services, and the use of design methods and thinking, in research and the creative processes.
