With a background working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life’s many transitions, Vikki offers a safe and compassionate space for deep healing and transformation. Her journey into this work began not just with professional training, but through her own lived experiences of overcoming adversity, heartache, and profound personal growth. She knows first hand what it means to carry the weight of pain, loss, and disconnection — and also the courage it takes to choose healing, resilience, and joy. These experiences have given her the unique ability to connect with clients on a deeply empathetic and authentic level. Vikki’s mission is to empower people to step into their most authentic selves, rewrite their inner narratives, and reclaim their personal freedom. Through her therapeutic approach, she combines evidence-based practices with intuitive, heart-centred care, guiding her clients to uncover the root of their struggles, release old wounds, and embrace new ways of thinking and being.
