With fifteen years of experience in the food industry and a HACCP Level 3 certification, I oversee the quality assurance and control processes, from raw materials to finished products, and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.I also conduct audits, research, and testing to improve the quality and efficacy of our products, and collaborate with the production, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback and support. Previously, I worked at Typhoo Tea Ltd, where I developed and implemented quality systems, policies, and procedures, and trained and supervised the quality team. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and contributing to the growth and innovation of the CBD industry.
