Some of my proudest moments include transformational work in revamping our Agency Compensation Model, implementing global martech tools for agency scoping, performance evaluations and capturing production (content creation) into single sources of truth to manage and review for strategic insights, cost efficiencies and making smarter decisions. Evolving our agency ecosystem to ensure we are getting the best talent and results. Implementing a strategic way of working by standardizing a process across our business and agencies that is designed to modernize, simplify and clarify or ways of working resulting in better collaboration, better work, better use of time and better efficiencies.
